LIFE MEMBER APPLICATION

Terms and conditions:
Applications for Life Membership can only be submitted by Ordinary Members, and must be accompanied by proof of attendance and active participation in MSM activities within the past 5 years from their application. The evidence of participation in MSM activities should be in at least 3 independent fiscal years. The application is subjected for approval by MSM EXCO.

Please follow these steps to apply:
1. Check your record whether you have been a member of MSM for 3 years or more.
2. Email MSM Secretary at microbsociety@gmail.com by providing your name, institution, previous MSM membership no. and history of involvement in MSM activities. The MSM Secretary will bring this application to MSM EXCO members for endorsement.
3. Once the application is endorsed by the MSM EXCO members, you will be notified via email.
4. Proceed to https://forms.gle/uMeZnZbdxCkUi5M18 and register for Life Membership. Your certificate for Life Membership and a receipt will be emailed to you after we have verified your application.
